Need to reset your OneID password?

If you are registered for at least one course and cannot access Blackboard using your OneID username, you may need to reset your OneID password.

1. Register your OneID account using your username@ncat.edu account (where "username" = your Blackboard username) at registeroneid.ncat.edu. Remember to include @ncat.edu when you log in.
2. Select Overview and then Password to reset your password.
3. If your account is already registered, you can reset your password at changeoneid.ncat.edu. Remember to include @ncat.edu when you log in.
